CONTROL ZONE

Hey Boomers!

It’s still January, right? Right?! Cool, still time to squeeze in a “Happy new year!” From everyone here at STC Towers, we hope the following year is the best you’ve ever had! Obviously 2013 was Sonic the Comic’s 20th anniversary, hopefully you’ve been following our celebrations intently!

I bet you’re all itching to know how Sonic’s going to escape the clutches of the Chaotix Crew, we left him trapped within the Omni-Viewer so go see if he can get out of this mess in part 2 of Hog Hunt!

Amy is still on the search for answers about the mysterious SPEAR organisation, so when they open up a recruitment drive, she decides the best way to get some answers is to join them!

And topping off our trio of tantalising tales, Knuckles continues his proactive stance in the war and goes on the hunt for any Robotnik technology that may be lingering in his old base on Flickies’ Island.

And in The Dragonslayers, Sonic does exactly what you think he’s going to do!

DATA ZONE

The Story So Far...

Mobius is at war with Doctor Robotnik! Heroes like Tails, Amy, and Knuckles are fighting to keep their planet free – but unfortunately, Sonic the Hedgehog is public enemy number one after being smeared by the KBC network!

Now his secret identity of “Bob Beaky” has been blown and there’s a price on his head, giving him no respite from being hunted – and that’s before the Chaotix Crew turned up!

Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic's on the run and really feeling the stress. He'd rather fight against Robotnik's Badnik hordes but first he'll have to escape the Chaotix - hopefully, without turning into the evil Super Sonic!

The Chaotix Crew

Techie Vector, brawler Mighty, sarky Espio, barmy Charmy Bee, and time/space warper Omni Viewer used to guard the Special Zone until Shadow destroyed it. Now they fight to protect Mobius from suffering the same fate! Unfortunately for Sonic, that means they think they have to bring him in!

Knuckles

In recent times, serious loner Knuckles been killed and resurrected and discovered grim truths about his origin - which has just made more proactive in fighting evil! He uses the Floating Island's weaponry and Guardian Robots to assist in the war.

Porker Lewis

Science genius Porker Lewis was one of the original Freedom Fighters, until he was captured by Metallix and suffered a nervous breakdown. Now he helps Knuckles with the ancient echidna technology and Guardian Robots.

Amy Rose

Amy is a gutsy, irreverant freedom fighter and, next to Tails, the front of the fight against Robotnik. She doesn't trust S.P.E.A.R. and wants to find out what's going on - and wants S.P.E.A.R.'s Captain Blue to stop flirting with her!

S.P.E.A.R.

A dodgy paramilitary run by Mr Gold, they claim to be heroes fighting Robotnik and that their thuggish violence is "necessary" - but why has Gold been 'recruiting' captured supervillains...?

Percival Kane

Mobius' main media mogul! It was Kane that smeared Sonic's reputation for ratings - now, he's one of Gold's allies and financial backers.
